12 Days of Valentine’s For Your Kiddos

Next month we get to celebrate love! We get to celebrate the love we have for and with our spouses, kids, family members, friends, and loved ones. Last year I made a 12 Days of Love printable bundle for your love. This year it’s time for our kiddos to get the 12 days of Valentine’s Day!

Ahhh, who am I kidding? Let’s do it for our spouses again AND our kiddos. It’ll be a lot of fun.

All you need is:

• My 12 Days of Valentine’s For Your Kiddo Printable Bundle
• Cardstock or paper
• Printer (or send to a print shop)
• Siccsors
• Tape or string to assemble daily gifts
• Items for daily gifts – if needed

I suggest looking around your home for things you can use so you can save some money. You can also head to the dollar store to see what you can find.

What is the 12 Day’s of Valentine’s?

Have you heard of the 12 Days of Christmas? Well, it’s the same but just for Valentine’s Day. The 12 days before Valentine’s Day you will leave out a little gift and card to show your love and appreciation for someone.

You can start on February 2nd to end the day before Valentine’s Day. Or start on February 3rd to end on Valentine’s Day.

Helpful Hints for a Successful 12 Days of Valentine’s

You can get all fancy with these by wrapping them all cute. Or you can tie them together with a string or just use tape.

Last year I just left them on Eddy’s pillow. This way the kids didn’t see his treats and want them. He also knew where to look for them each day.

You can pick one spot to deliver your 12 Days of Valentine’s or you can make a game of it and hide it in a different spot each day. My kids would love looking for their card and gift each morning.

I have 5 kiddos. I will print one set of cards for all of them. Then they can share the treat or little gift and the cards.

This is a great option if money is tight. Be smart with what you buy and don’t forget to shop your house first.
