It is true that it’s always our choice. Sometimes it’s much harder to make that choice than other times. I suppose if we choose to get up & not be defeated most of the time, we’re doing alright.

I love this! I can totally relate. I love it when I chose to get up and get going and then I don’t feel so blah.
